May has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, strategic planning, specifically M&A transactions. She advises on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestments and joint ventures throughout Southeast Asia.   She has a strong background in Intellectual Property Law.  She is also an outsourced general counsel to a global medical device company.

May has led M&A projects in various industries, including, energy, oil & gas, banking, healthcare, franchise, e-commerce, consumer products and hospitality.  She has overseen the largest bank merger in Thailand and an oil retail spin-off of Thailand’s largest energy firm.

May is a certified independent director by the Thai Institute of Directors and can bring a unique perspective to the boardroom, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of corporate governance and contributing valuable insights from a legal standpoint. This role underscores her commitment to upholding integrity, accountability, and transparency in all corporate affairs.
